Bus transportation to and from off-site facilities will be offered to employees. Bus schedule will be provided to all who need transportation via email prior to event.
A charge will be provided and your supervisor will be notified of your attendance.
Luncheons are held based on your seniority date of hire.
Note: BMDA employees that normally WFH on Thursday and Friday may, per MOA agreement, work with their Supervisor to arrange for a different WFH day to attend the Service Anniversary Luncheon/Recognition. The MOA also has provisions that address driving in for the 11:00 a.m. Luncheon/Recognition as you would if there was a meeting you had to attend in person on a WFH day. Hope your schedule will allow you attend.
