Life365 is a free resource available 24/7, 365 days a year that offers support to employees and family in their household with a wide range of services. Receive up to 8 telephonic or video-based sessions per issue, per year. Personal advocates will work with you and your household family members to help you resolve issues you may be facing, connect you with the right behavioral health professionals, direct you to a variety of helpful resources in your community and more. The Life365 program is administered by Cigna, but you do not need to be covered under a BIW health plan to use the services.
