Fit for Life coaches are professionals from HealthFitness who can help you reach your health related goals. Employees can meet with a health coach while on company time. Spouses can meet a health coach at a community location in the Mid Coast, Lewiston/Auburn or Gardiner areas. Coaches are also available by phone.

Get healthy with Castlight!
Get rewarded with the BIW Healthy Rewards program on Castlight! Available for all BIW employees and spouses who are covered by a BIW health plan.
- Download the free Castlight app from the Google Play or Apple App Store. If you don’t have access to a smartphone, you can create an account online here.
- If you had an account with Jiff, sign in to Castlight using your Jiff login and password.
- If you are new to Healthy Rewards, click “Register” and follow the prompts.
- Access all of your healthy partners and sync your tracking device (like Fitbit, Jawbone, or the free Health app on your phone).
